• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Oversee the implementation of best practices to enhance team productivity and software quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
• Facilitate clear communication channels between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation Advanced.
• Strong knowledge of automation workflows and process optimization techniques.
• Experience in designing and deploying scalable robotic process automation solutions.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex automation issues effectively.
• Familiarity with integration of robotic process automation tools with enterprise systems.
