• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to improve software development processes.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
• Experience with data pipeline development and optimization within cloud environments.
• Strong knowledge of distributed computing and big data processing frameworks.
• Ability to design scalable and maintainable data solutions that integrate with various data sources.
• Familiarity with scripting and automation to streamline data workflows and application deployment.
