• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Teradata Administration.
• Strong knowledge of database management, performance tuning, and troubleshooting within Teradata environments.
• Experience with backup and recovery strategies to ensure data integrity and availability.
• Ability to monitor and optimize system resources to maintain high availability and performance.
• Familiarity with security best practices and compliance requirements related to database administration.
