As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, construction, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking charge of project efforts, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the development process aligns with project goals. The position serves as the main liaison for application-related activities, overseeing progress and addressing challenges to deliver effective software solutions. Collaboration and leadership are central to managing the workflow and driving the project toward successful completion.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the planning and execution of software development activities to meet project objectives.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.
• Mentor junior team members to support their growth and enhance overall team capability.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Analytics Services.
• Experience with cloud-based data analytics platforms and services.
• Strong knowledge of data integration, transformation, and visualization techniques.
• Ability to design scalable and efficient analytics solutions within cloud environments.
• Familiarity with performance tuning and optimization of analytics workloads.
• Competence in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to analytics services.
