This role requires taking ownership as the main liaison for all application-related activities, ensuring seamless coordination among various stakeholders. The position demands proactive problem-solving and continuous engagement with different teams to drive the project forward efficiently and effectively, while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality solutions that align with organizational goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to project standards.
• Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Retail.
• Strong understanding of retail business processes and how they integrate with SAP solutions.
• Experience in customizing and configuring SAP modules to meet specific retail requirements.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within SAP environments.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
