• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.

• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

• Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
• Ability to design and implement scalable software components within enterprise environments.
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to SAP SuccessFactors modules.
