• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to improve software quality and delivery timelines.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
• Good To Have Skills: Knowledge Management Administrative Process Design, Data Governance.
• Experience in developing and optimizing data pipelines and workflows within cloud-based environments.
• Strong understanding of distributed computing concepts and big data processing techniques.
• Ability to integrate various data sources and ensure data quality and consistency across platforms.
