As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. You engage in collaborative environments that emphasize modern development frameworks and agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software. Your work is focused on meeting unique business requirements through innovative and high-quality software enhancements, contributing to the overall success of projects and organizational goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Continuously evaluate and improve software components to enhance performance and maintainability.
• Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards and promote knowledge sharing.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
• Good To Have Skills: Data Warehouse ETL Testing.
• Experience in developing and optimizing data pipelines and workflows within cloud-based environments.
• Strong understanding of distributed computing concepts and big data processing techniques.
• Ability to work with large datasets and perform data transformations efficiently.
