Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the implementation of best practices to improve software quality and delivery timelines.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
• Experience in customizing and extending SAP MDG functionalities to meet business requirements.
• Strong knowledge of data governance principles and master data management processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within SAP MDG environments.
• Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP MDG and other enterprise systems.
• Competence in using development tools and frameworks relevant to SAP MDG customization.
