Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead the implementation of best practices to improve software quality and delivery timelines.
Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
Experience in customizing and configuring SAP Master Data Governance solutions to meet business requirements.
Strong understanding of data governance principles and master data management processes.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within SAP MDG environments.
Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP MDG and other enterprise systems.
Knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
