- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team and across projects.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of junior team members.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Utilities Billing.
- Strong understanding of application design and configuration principles within enterprise environments.
- Experience in customizing and integrating software solutions to meet complex business requirements.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues related to billing processes and application performance.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and best practices for quality assurance and deployment.
