As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications. The position demands proactive communication and problem-solving to guide the team and maintain alignment with project goals, while serving as the main liaison for application-related activities and decisions.

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
Lead the coordination of project tasks to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall capabilities.
Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when necessary to meet objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.
Strong experience in customizing and extending Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions to meet business needs.
Ability to design and implement workflows, plugins, and custom integrations within the Microsoft Dynamics CRM environment.
Familiarity with database management and query optimization related to CRM data.
Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues in CRM applications.
Capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.
This position is based at our BDC7B - SEZ location.
A 15 years full time education is required.
