• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Databricks.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Python (Programming Language), PySpark.
• Strong understanding of cloud-based data engineering and analytics platforms.
• Experience in designing scalable and efficient data pipelines.
• Ability to optimize performance and troubleshoot complex data processing workflows.
