As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves spearheading the design, development, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking ownership of the project lifecycle, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the applications meet the desired specifications. The engineer acts as the central liaison, facilitating communication and collaboration across teams to drive project success and deliver high-quality solutions efficiently.

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to project timelines.
Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Databricks.
Experience with cloud-based data engineering and analytics platforms.
Strong knowledge of distributed computing and big data processing frameworks.
Ability to optimize data pipelines and workflows for performance and scalability.
Familiarity with scripting and automation to streamline deployment and monitoring.
Competence in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues in cloud environments.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Databricks.
This position is based at our BDC11 - SEZ office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
