Summary:

As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking ownership of projects by coordinating efforts across teams and serving as the main liaison for application-related activities. The position demands proactive engagement in problem-solving and ensuring that solutions align with project goals and client requirements, fostering collaboration and driving progress throughout the development lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
  • Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
  • Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve application performance and user experience.
  • Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Recruiting.
  • Strong understanding of Workday Recruiting modules and configuration capabilities.
  • Experience in designing and implementing custom solutions within Workday Recruiting.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Workday Recruiting applications.
  • Familiarity with integration techniques and data management within Workday Recruiting environments.
  • Excellent analytical skills to assess business needs and translate them into technical requirements.

Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Workday Recruiting.
  • This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.
