- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.
- Maintain and enhance existing software applications to improve performance and reliability.
- Document software designs, processes, and updates to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must have COBOL+ Payments/Cards knowledge.
- Must to Have Skills: Proficiency in Cobol Mainframe.
- Strong understanding of mainframe environments and batch processing.
- Experience in debugging and troubleshooting complex software issues within mainframe systems.
- Ability to write efficient, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail in software design and implementation.
