Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.
• Maintain and enhance existing software applications to improve performance and reliability.
• Document software designs, processes, and updates to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must have COBOL+ Payments/Cards knowledge.
• Must to Have Skills: Proficiency in Cobol Mainframe.
• Strong understanding of mainframe environments and batch processing.
• Experience in debugging and troubleshooting complex software issues within mainframe systems.
• Ability to write efficient, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail in software design and implementation.

• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
