Summary:

As a Salesforce Data 360 Developer, you will configure, build, and support customer data solutions on Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360). You will contribute as senior developer, working on data ingestion, data modeling, identity resolution, data transformations, calculated insights, and segmentation, working closely with architects and business teams to deliver implementations aligned with business requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Configure and maintain Data Streams from Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud) and external systems.

Build and maintain Data Model Objects (DMOs), Configure Identity Resolution rules, Develop Data Transforms, Write and optimize SQL for Calculated Insights

Create and test segments for downstream activation

Debug issues related to missing data, incorrect unification, or data mismatches.

Support UAT, deployment, and post-go-live production issues.

Work with architects and analysts to implement technical designs.

Participate in code reviews, testing, and release cycles.

Support defect resolution and optimization activities.

Document Data 360 configurations and technical flows.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360) configuration and development. Solid understanding of:

Data Streams & DMOs

Identity Resolution & Match Rules

Data Transforms

Calculated Insights (SQL)

Segmentation & Activation

Ability to develop maintainable and scalable solutions.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Strong SQL Skills (joins, Aggregations, Window Functions Preferred).

Experience working with JSON, APIs, and data integration pipelines.

Understanding of event-based data and customer engagement tracking.

Basic understanding of Salesforce metadata, objects, and permissions.

Good to have Skills:

Sales Cloud / Service Cloud knowledge

Exposure to Zero Copy, Document AI, or Semantic Layer is a plus

Knowledge of Salesforce Agentforce integrated with Data Cloud (Data 360) to enable real-time, data-driven AI agent experiences.

Certifications Required:

Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant Mandatory

Salesforce Administrator Mandatory

Agentforce Specialist Preferred

Salesforce AI Associate Preferred

Additional Information:

3 5 years of Salesforce experience.

1 year experience in Data 360 implementation projects is preferred.

Experience working in Agile teams.

15 years of full-time education is required., 15 years full time education
