Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions, ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, developers, and architects, to gather requirements and design solutions that meet business needs.
- Configure and customize Salesforce Marketing Cloud applications, including Journey Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, and Social Studio, to meet business requirements.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards for Salesforce Marketing Cloud development.
- Ensure the successful delivery of projects, including managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, and communicating project status to stakeholders.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Strong experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, and Social Studio.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Experience leading the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud architecture and best practices.
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud APIs and integrations.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for email and landing page development.

- The candidate should have a minimum of 4+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud development.
