Summary: As an Application Architect, you will provide functional and technical expertise to plan, analyze, define, and support the delivery of future functional and technical capabilities for an application or group of applications. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to assess impacts, producing estimates for client work requests, and ensuring that the applications meet the evolving needs of the organization. You will engage in discussions to identify solutions and facilitate the implementation of new features, ensuring that the applications are robust and scalable to support business objectives. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge. - Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with strategic goals. Developing and implementing system integrations via APIs & iPaaS platform Ensuring secure and scalable data exchanges Monitoring and optimizing integration performance CI/CD pipeline knowledge and skills Essential: Dynamics Experience Preferred: API and Integration Knowledge Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical. - Strong understanding of application architecture principles and best practices. - Experience with integration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM with other systems. - Ability to analyze and optimize application performance. - Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
