Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Engineer role located in Secunderbd. The Customer Service Engineer will be responsible for managing technical support tasks, troubleshooting issues, providing field service assistance, and performing maintenance and repair of equipment. The role requires strong communication skills to interact with clients and teams effectively, ensuring the smooth operation and resolution of technical challenges.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues
  • Experience in Field Service and on-site equipment handling
  • Strong Communication skills for client interaction and collaboration
  • Expertise in Technical Support and issue escalation processes
  • Knowledge of Maintenance & Repair for a wide range of equipment
  • Ability to work independently and manage on-site operations
  • Diploma or degree in Engineering, Electronics, or relevant technical field
  • Previous experience in a customer service or technical support role is an advantage
