Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in Education or EdTech.
- Strong project management and process design experience.
- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail and quality.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Data-driven problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools, LMS platforms, and MS Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; confident presenter.

Process Optimization & Quality Assurance
- Design scalable operational workflows to support program growth.

University Collaboration & Curriculum Alignment
- Work closely with universities to customize curriculum aligned with academic programs and standards.
- Adapt course content, structure, and delivery based on institutional and regulatory requirements.
Credit & Course Negotiation
- Lead discussions with universities for academic credit recognition.
- Facilitate accreditation and approval of curriculum within university programs.
Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure adherence to AICTE, UGC, and other applicable regulatory frameworks.
- Stay updated on changes in education policies and accreditation requirements.
Academic Approvals & Governance
- Coordinate approvals from academic bodies such as HODs, Deans, and Academic Senates.
- Ensure timely completion of approval and compliance processes.
Partnership & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for university stakeholders.
- Manage long-term academic partnerships and curriculum integrations.
Compliance Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare and maintain reports on curriculum adoption, credit recognition, and compliance.
- Document negotiations, approvals, and regulatory communications.
Feedback & Continuous Improvement
- Collect feedback from universities and stakeholders on curriculum effectiveness.
- Implement improvements based on academic, regulatory, and learner insights.
Strategic Advisory & Market Insight
- Advise universities on curriculum integration within existing academic frameworks.
- Monitor regulatory and market trends impacting higher education and EdTech.
