Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Curriculum- Academic Manager at India LEARN. The Curriculum- Academic Manager will be responsible for designing and managing innovative pre-primary curriculum frameworks and optimizing content development processes to align with academic standards. The role includes ensuring the educational quality of materials, collaborating with educators and subject matter experts, analyzing curriculum effectiveness, conducting research, and continuously improving educational solutions for pre-primary learners.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Educational Management and Curriculum Development
  • Strong Communication and Analytical skills
  • Background or knowledge in Education, particularly pre-primary or early childhood education
  • Proven ability to collaborate with teams and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in research-driven curriculum alignment and innovation
  • Passion for transforming pre-primary education and promoting lifelong learning
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Curriculum Development, or a related field
