Overview

We are looking for a Curator in US Tech Solutions who can design, optimize, and implement innovative recruitment solutions for clients. This role goes beyond traditional recruiting and focuses on solving hiring challenges through strategy, technology, and process improvement.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Strategy

  • Analyze client hiring needs, challenges, and goals
  • Design customized recruitment strategies and hiring models
  • Develop scalable RPO solutions aligned with business objectives

Talent Acquisition Optimization

  • Create effective sourcing strategies (job boards, social platforms, referrals)
  • Improve screening, interviewing, and selection processes
  • Reduce time-to-hire and cost-per-hire

Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with clients, hiring managers, and internal teams
  • Act as a strategic advisor on talent market trends and hiring practices
  • Present insights, reports, and recommendations

Technology & Process Innovation

  • Implement and optimize ATS and recruitment tools
  • Leverage automation and AI tools for sourcing and screening
  • Continuously improve workflows and recruitment efficiency

Data & Analytics

  • Track and analyse recruitment metrics (e.g., TAT, quality of hire)
  • Use data to drive decisions and improve performance
  • Provide regular reporting and actionable insights

Candidate Experience Enhancement

  • Design seamless and engaging candidate journeys
  • Ensure timely communication and feedback processes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
  • 3–7 years of experience in recruitment / RPO / talent consulting
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
  • Experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities

Required Skills

  • Experience in solutioning or consulting roles within RPO
  • Knowledge of employer branding strategies
  • Familiarity with AI-driven recruitment tools
  • Ability to handle multiple clients/projects
