SAP GRC

Education:

• Bachelors / Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• SAP product certification(s) in GRC and Security domain
• Certification on cloud platforms like AWZ, GCP, Azure (optional)

Experience:

• Minimum of 6-14 years of experience in SAP GRC and security roles (consulting experience preferred)
• Proven experience in leading and managing teams.
• Strong knowledge of SAP GRC Access Control, Process Control, and Risk Management modules.
• At-least 5 lifecycle implementations for SAP Security (with experience on SAP S4 HANA), and SAP GRC Access Control 10.1 or above
• Exposure to analytics and automation tools like Tableau, Power BI, RPA (UiPath, BluePrism), SQL, Alteryx etc. (is an advantage).

Technical Skills:

SAP GRC:

• Skills in implementing customized solutions for SAP Access Controls (v 10.1 or higher), SAP Process Controls and integration with S/4 HANA environment.
• Benchmarking, implementing and remediation activities for GRC ruleset
• Exposure to other GRC products like SAP IAG, SAP BIS, SAP Audit management
• Ability to design and implement access management solutions for new SAP ERP applications and transitioning to AMS

SAP Security:

• Excellent understanding of SAP security concepts and role design for solutions like ECC, S4 HANA, Fiori, BPC, CRM
• Experience with SAP cloud products like C4C, Success Factors, Concur, IBP, Ariba
• Good understanding of business processes, controls framework, compliance, regulations, and SOD concepts in SAP environment

Data Analytics: Experience of driving GRC analytics engagements leveraging visualization tools like Power BI, SAC and Tableau to support digital boardroom agenda
