Participate in developing and implementing corporate culture initiatives and internal communications programs for all employees within the Company.
Financial Management
- Manage and allocate budgets for assigned projects.
- Optimize departmental/divisional budget usage in accordance with Company guidelines.
System Management
- Manage and operate multi-channel internal communication platforms.
Core Responsibilities
- Participate in the planning and development of Company culture alongside Leadership and departmental managers.
- Build and implement internal communication plans and corporate culture initiatives.
- Plan and manage internal communication channels, ensuring high-quality content and proper member engagement control.
- Organize internal programs and events to promote the Company's cultural values and guide employees in practicing these values consistently.
- Develop and maintain a cultural environment that encourages employees to embody and spread Company values (Everyone builds culture).
- Build and develop a driver community that represents the Company's image—Civilized – Trustworthy – Professional.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Education / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Culture Studies, Communications, Marketing, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role; candidates with prior experience in corporate culture development are preferred.
Relevant Experience
- Preferred: Experience in community development within mobility or transportation service industries.
- Experience in Corporate Culture Development, Cultural Affairs, Union/Community Engagement, or Internal Communications.
- Experience in ride-hailing, e-commerce, logistics industry would be preferred.
