Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Culinary Specialist ( Demi Chef de Partie moving upto Chef de Partie) with exceptional plating skills and highly creative approach, based in Bengaluru.

The Culinary Specialist will be responsible for preparing and presenting food, overseeing food and beverage processes, and delivering exceptional food service experiences. The candidate will collaborate with teams to maintain operational excellence, ensure quality standards, and create innovative culinary offerings.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Food Preparation and Cooking techniques
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage and Food Service operations
• Strong Communication skills for effective team collaboration and customer interactions
• Passion for culinary arts and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Relevant certifications or training in culinary arts or hospitality is a plus
• BHM/ under-graduate degree in Culinary Arts
