Practice Development

Partner with executive leadership to shape digital transformation roadmaps for clients.

Build and scale AI, RPA, and Data Centers of Excellence (CoEs).

Develop reusable frameworks, accelerators, and IP to enhance delivery efficiency.

Mentor and grow technical teams across AI engineering, automation, and data science.

Client Engagement

Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite clients on AI, automation, and data strategies.

Support pre-sales and solutioning for large transformation deals.

Represent the company at industry forums, conferences, and thought leadership platforms.

Operational Excellence

Ensure delivery quality, scalability, and cost-effectiveness of AI/RPA/data solutions.

Implement KPIs and metrics to measure business impact and ROI.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, delivery, operations) to ensure seamless execution.
