Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to lead multiple client engagements and internal initiatives. This role requires strong execution skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to drive projects from initiation to completion in a fast-paced environment.
Please Note- The Person should be working in the social sector as that's the key Criteria for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end project execution across consulting and business assignments
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (research, design, operations, etc.)
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and ensure seamless communication
- Track project progress and ensure timely delivery within scope and budget
- Identify risks and proactively implement mitigation plans
- Ensure quality and consistency of deliverables
- Prepare presentations, reports, and status updates for clients and leadership
- Manage project documentation and maintain structured workflows
- Support business development with proposals, decks, and client discussions
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Social Science, or related field
- 3–6 years of experience in project management, or operations
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint & Excel)
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
