About the Role

Extramarks Education Foundation is hiring a CSR & Partnerships Manager to lead corporate

partnerships and funding initiatives for our education and edtech projects. The role involves

managing existing CSR partners, onboarding new corporates/PSUs, and driving funding through

strategic alliances and stakeholder collaboration.

We are looking for a candidate with strong experience in CSR partnerships, fundraising, and

corporate relationship management within the NGO/education/CSR ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and onboard new CSR partners, corporates, PSUs, and foundations.

Generate funding for education and edtech CSR projects.

Manage existing CSR accounts and ensure long-term partnerships.

Build and maintain relationships with corporates, government bodies & HNIs.

Prepare proposals, presentations, and partnership pitches.

Collaborate with internal teams for project execution and reporting.

Identify new funding opportunities and strategic collaborations.

Represent the foundation in client meetings and CSR forums.

Travel for partner meetings and project coordination.

Desired Candidate Profile

5+ years of experience in CSR, NGO partnerships, fundraising, or corporate alliances.

Strong exposure to CSR funding and partnership development.

Experience working with corporates, PSUs, or foundations.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Exposure to education/edtech projects will be an advantage.

Good presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.

Willingness to travel.

Education

Graduate / Postgraduate / MBA from a reputed institute.
