This person will drive the CSR (corporate social responsibility) execution for the Global delivery org which includes conducting assessments of which NGOs should be funded through CSR, conduct CSR meetings with all stake holders, monitor progress of the projects undertaken internally and with NGOs, ensuring all documentation & reports are complete and compliant and maintained in a repository. This person will also come up with plan and proposals for co-creating projects that align with Microsoft Philanthropies and CSR Pillars, work with all stake holders for alignment and enrollment and take up the end to end process till disbursal and monitoring in a transparent and compliant manner.

They will identify areas where Microsoft employees can volunteer time to drive causes, lead and coordinate all activities with them end to end, monitor and share reports as required. Also, this person would be answering all CSR related queries

• Writing and actioning a company's social responsibility strategy

• Organising events for employees and their teams

• Encouraging links between the company and educational or charitable groups

• Reporting on social responsibility activity to senior managers.

• Promoting employee volunteering initiatives in coordination with internal stakeholders

• Work with marketing and PR teams to drive internal engagement, share CSR updates and promote storytelling

• Driving budget & monitoring spending to deliver results in line with planned objectives

• You have +5yrs prior experience of working in a CSR role in a corporate.

• You have strong expertise in managing relationships, networks, and teams that include a diverse group of people representative of the public and private sectors, community-based organizations, nonprofits, and civic leaders as well as program beneficiaries.

• Proven effectiveness in driving complex multi-stakeholder planning processes and cross-team projects to desired results.

• You have excellent communication skills and the ability to distill complex information into simple messages and concise communication materials, tailored for the audience, which includes the leadership team.

• You have proven excellent project management skills

• Knowledge of the rules and regulations governing Charities, IPCs (Institutions of Public Character), and best practices for CSR will be an advantage.
