CSR Consultant

Position: CSR Consultant (Part Time)

Type: Part-time (flexible hours)

Location: Remote (preferred Delhi, Mumbai and Bangalore)

Travel: Not required internal team will handle all meetings

Reports to: Senior Manager Public Health & Clinical Research

Role Overview:

The CSR Consultant will primarily focus on identifying CSR funding opportunities, initiating

outreach, and setting up meetings with CSR heads, foundations, and corporate CSR teams.

This is a part-time role aimed at strengthening Thermaissance's CSR pipeline by ensuring

consistent communication and follow-ups with potential CSR partners.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and map companies eligible for CSR funding.

Build and maintain CSR outreach lists and partnership trackers.

Conduct email and call outreach to CSR leaders to introduce Thermaissance.

Set up meetings between CSR partners and Thermaissance senior leadership.

Prepare brief notes before meetings and maintain follow-up documentation.

Support in drafting basic concept notes and sharing existing proposal decks.

Maintain Google Sheets / CRM for tracking conversations and next steps.

Coordinate with internal teams for details required for outbound communication.

Ensure timely follow-ups until meetings are confirmed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's/Master's degree in social work, public health, development, management, or

similar.

36 years of experience in CSR/NGO outreach, fundraising support, or partnership

building.

Strong communication skills (email + phone).

Confident in approaching corporate CSR teams.

Strong organisation and documentation skills.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
