Role Overview
The CSR Consultant will primarily focus on identifying CSR funding opportunities, initiating outreach, and setting up meetings with CSR heads, foundations, and corporate CSR teams. This is a part-time role aimed at strengthening Thermaissance's CSR pipeline by ensuring consistent communication and follow-ups with potential CSR partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and map companies eligible for CSR funding.
- Build and maintain CSR outreach lists and partnership trackers.
- Conduct email and call outreach to CSR leaders to introduce Thermaissance.
- Set up meetings between CSR partners and Thermaissance senior leadership.
- Prepare brief notes before meetings and maintain follow-up documentation.
- Support in drafting basic concept notes and sharing existing proposal decks.
- Maintain Google Sheets / CRM for tracking conversations and next steps.
- Coordinate with internal teams for details required for outbound communication.
- Ensure timely follow-ups until meetings are confirmed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in social work, public health, development, management, or similar.
- 36 years of experience in CSR/NGO outreach, fundraising support, or partnership building.
- Strong communication skills (email + phone).
- Confident in approaching corporate CSR teams.
- Strong organisation and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
