Role Description
- As a Client Service Manager, you manage the Compliance, Legal & Risk Applications Production Support area, monitor the stability of day-to-day operations and ensure continuous improvements to the applications. In this role, you ensure that the relevant services are delivered effectively and efficiently to meet Business needs.

Your Key Responsibilities
- The Client Service Manager is responsible for the implementation and communication of the Production Support service strategy for Compliance, Legal & Risk Applications.
- Foster strong and meaningful partnerships with the diverse business and technology areas within DWS as well as external service providers that are critical to the ongoing stability, improvements and technology delivery within the organization.
- In their daily work and through regular service review meetings, they guide and steer the IT vendor to ensure that the services provided and the corresponding service levels can achieve the desired business result.
- If risks or problems arise, they quickly find an appropriate solution or escalate the problem to the right place.
Your Skills And Experience
- Experience handling Overall responsibility for critical IT production systems for on-premises/SaaS applications.
- Hands-on Control and monitoring of an IT vendor as part of effective KPI reporting, regular service review meetings and governance review experience.
- Well versed with Strategy Development & Implementation for establishing Production support landscape with ITIL best practices and due SDLC governance.
- Considerable experience with Process Management, Governance, Compliance & Risk Management.
- Should be able to perform effective and targeted stakeholder management and act as the first point of contact for Production Issues.
- Experience with Reporting Production support status to senior management via reporting/metrics/dashboards.
- Participation in the role of Client Service Manager (CSMoD) for major incidents/ production outages.
- Must be an engineering/Science graduate
- Minimum 8 year of experience working in GCC of BFSI domain.
