Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Support Executive (CSE) based in Kolkata, with the flexibility of some work-from-home opportunities. The CSE will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving technical and service-related issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include responding to customer emails, calls, and chats, analyzing customer feedback, and working collaboratively with the internal team to ensure effective problem-solving and service delivery.

Qualifications
  • Customer Service skills, including communication, active listening, and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in handling customer queries through multiple channels like email, chat, and phone
  • Technical skills for troubleshooting and resolving issues effectively
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools and software
  • Ability to multitask and work under a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English and knowledge of local languages relevant to the location (Kolkata) is an advantage
  • Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
