Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for handling customer inquiries and complaints, providing information and resolving issues in a prompt and friendly manner
  • Act as the first point of contact for customers and play a critical role in building and maintaining customer loyalty
  • The primary duties of a CSR include answering phone calls, responding to emails and chat requests, troubleshooting problems, and processing orders or returns
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential for this role
