A transportation representative acts as the primary interface between Amazon, seller and our delivery partners. Associates are expected to identify concerns and work on troubleshooting delivery partner/seller issues and provide process improvement suggestions.

Program Operations: Oversee daily operational activities for shippers and proactively identify and resolve operational challenges
Monitor and analyze operational metrics to identify trends and opportunities
Effectively manage sensitive cases by reporting up the escalation matrix.
Demonstrate excellent time-management skills.
Maintains or exceeds targeted performance metrics.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in operations, supply chain or logistics, or 2+ years of managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership experience
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer service experience. 1+ years of business intelligence tools experience.
- 2+ years of modeling in Microsoft Excel.
