Job Title: Executive/ Assistant Manager – Execution & Operations

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive fresher to support execution and operational activities. The role involves handling documentation, coordinating with internal teams, and assisting in day-to-day operational and compliance processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of operational and compliance-related tasks

• Maintain and update records, files, and documentation

• Manage safe custody, filing, and tracking of important documents, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and easy retrieval

• Maintain records, logs, and inventory using MS Excel

• Monitor document movement and ensure proper tracking

• Support the preparation and verification of operational documents

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of assignments

• Perform data entry and maintain MIS reports

• Track task status and follow up for timely closure

• Ensure accuracy and adherence to internal processes and guidelines

• Provide general administrative and operational support, including audit support

• Assist in basic financial modelling, data analysis, and preparation of financial reports

• Support internal and external audit processes, including documentation and data preparation

• Handle end-to-end document execution by printing legal documents, visiting client locations for execution and signatures, maintaining proper docketing, updating trackers, and ensuring timely submission of documents to safe custody

Eligibility Criteria

  • B.Com / CS (Pursuing or Qualified) / LLB / MBA (Finance/Operations)
  • Freshers are welcome to apply

 

Required Skills

  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn and adapt
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
