About the Company:

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and other applicable laws.
- Manage board meetings, committee meetings, and general meetings (AGM/EGM).
- Prepare agendas, minutes, and resolutions for board and committee meetings.
- Maintain statutory registers, records, and filings with ROC and other authorities.
- Handle secretarial audits, compliance reports, and annual filings.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities, auditors, and internal stakeholders.
- Support corporate governance practices and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Assist in legal documentation, contracts, and agreements review.
- Monitor changes in regulatory environment and update management accordingly.
Key Requirements:
- Qualified Company Secretary (ICSI) with maximum 3 attempts.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in secretarial/compliance functions.
- Candidate should be currently employed.
- Strong knowledge of Companies Act, SEBI regulations (if applicable), and corporate laws.
- Excellent drafting, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and compliance tools.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in handling corporate governance for a growing organization.
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
