CS Candidate

This is a full-time on-site role for a CS Candidate located in Gurugram. The CS Candidate will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as customer service, resolving queries, handling customer complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining records of customer interactions. The candidate will also work closely with other departments to ensure efficient and effective customer service delivery.

• Strong customer service skills, including handling queries and resolving complaints
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus
• Relevant educational qualifications such as a degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
