Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Python-based automation scripts to extract trading and balance data from the APIs of 10+ crypto exchanges daily.
Design and implement robust reconciliation logic to calculate accurate daily P&L, asset balances, and account for fees and interest across all venues.
Automate daily accounting workflows and generate accurate reports for the Finance and Trading teams.
Liaise with the Trading team to correctly book-keep and reconcile all cross-exchange asset transfers (deposits/withdrawals) for P&L attribution.
Proactively identify and automate manual processes within the trading operations and finance workflows.

Required Qualifications

1+ years in a Trading Operations, Middle Office, or Accounting Automation role.
Expertise in Python for data extraction and automation (API integration, data cleansing).
Strong practical understanding of P&L calculation and multi-venue reconciliation principles.
Proficiency with SQL and handling large financial datasets.
Experience working with cryptocurrency exchange APIs (e.g., Binance, Coinbase, etc.).
