Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Crowd Fundraiser, based in Kolkata. The Crowd Fundraiser will be responsible for developing and executing fundraising campaigns, reaching out to potential donors, and managing communication strategies to engage supporters. Responsibilities also include preparing proposals, presenting project goals, tracking donor contributions, and cultivating relationships with stakeholders. The candidate will work collaboratively to achieve fundraising targets and contribute to the organization's mission.
Qualifications
- Strong fundraising and donor management skills, including campaign planning, donor outreach, and relationship building
- Proficiency in communication skills, including proposal writing, presentation delivery, and professional correspondence
- Awareness of digital tools and platforms to conduct outreach and promote campaigns effectively
- Ability to work on-site and integrate well with a team to align with organizational goals
- Experience in the non-profit sector or similar roles is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Strong problem-solving abilities, hands-on approach, and results-driven mindset
