About the role

We're looking for a CRO expert to own conversion rate optimization across our portfolio of web apps. You'll be the person who figures out what to test, why it matters, and whetheritworked — working closely with a designer and engineer who'll bring your ideas to life.

This is a high-autonomy role. You'll be responsible for the full optimization cycle: research, hypothesis development, test design, analysis, and prioritization. You won't just run A/B tests — you'll build and maintain the system that ensures we're always running the right tests in the right order.

Triplespeed is a fast moving app studio that is profitable and growing quickly. We are not an agency, we are a product company with multiple apps that we build and scale ourselves.

We build and scale direct to consumer apps used by millions of people globally. Customer experience plays a key role in our growth, and we are looking for someone who can deliver fast, thoughtful support while also strengthening the systems behind it.

What you'll do

  • Dig into analytics, session recordings, heatmaps, and user feedback to identify where users drop off and why
  • Develop clear, prioritized testing roadmaps for each app based on potential impact and effort
  • Create wireframes and annotated mockups that communicate exactly what needs to change and why, so the designer and engineer can implement efficiently
  • Design statistically sound experiments (A/B, multivariate, etc.) with well-defined success metrics and sample size requirements
  • Analyze test results rigorously — not just did it win but what did we learn and what do we test next
  • Manage the testing pipeline so we're not bottlenecked, running conflicting tests, or wasting traffic on low-priority experiments
  • Document findings and build an institutional knowledge base of what works (and what doesn't) across our apps
  • Collaborate daily with our designer and engineer, giving them clear briefs and context so implementation is smooth

What we're looking for

  • Meaningful experience in CRO, growth, or experimentation roles — ideally across multiple products simultaneously
  • Strong analytical chops: comfortable with statistical significance, confidence intervals, and knowing when a test truly has enough data
  • Ability to create clear mockups and wireframes (you don't need to be a designer, but you need to communicate visually)
  • Proficiency with analytics and experimentation tools (e.g., GA4, Mixpanel, Hotjar, Optimizely, VWO, or similar)
  • Excellent communication skills: you'll need to explain both the what and the so what of your findings to the team
  • A genuine curiosity about user behavior and a bias toward learning, not just winning tests

Nice to have

  • Experience working in an app studio or multi-product environment
  • Familiarity with product-led growth and SaaS/web app monetization patterns
  • Basic SQL or comfort pulling your own data when needed
  • Background in UX research or behavioral psychology
