Optimizing Customer Interactions for Satisfaction

  • Handling customer queries for better customer satisfaction.

Presales and Lead Management

  • Presales is about managing leads from various sources and generating potential customers for various project sales teams.

Team Leadership and Walk-in Generation

  • Responsible for leading a team of pre-sales outsourced and in-house tele-calling associates to generate quality walk-ins across various projects.

Client Acquisition and Business Development

  • Identifying prospective clients, generating business from the existing clientele to achieve business targets.

Proposal and Documentation

  • To structure and produce compelling sales proposals/commercial and technical documentation.

Call Management

  • Handling inbound calls and making outbound calls as per the guidelines of the organization.

Lead Capture and Routing

  • Capturing leads, qualifying them, and then routing such leads to sales for effective closure.

CRM Data Management

  • Manage data for new and prospective clients in CRM, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate, and documents are attached.

Call to Site Visit Conversion

  • Responsible for ensuring a call conversion to a Site Visit.
