Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end execution of lifecycle campaigns across push notifications and email using MoEngage.
  • Build and optimize automated flows across onboarding, activation, feature adoption, engagement, and reactivation through push and email.
  • Design high-impact messaging strategies that drive product usage and revenue expansion.
  • Create behavioral and event-based segmentation frameworks based on product usage data.
  • Run structured A/B tests on subject lines, copy, send time optimization, frequency, and personalization variables.
  • Improve key metrics, including open rates, CTR, activation rate, retention curves, and reactivation lift.
  • Build performance dashboards to monitor cohort-level engagement and churn signals.
  • Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to ensure accurate event tracking and CRM integrations within MoEngage.
  • Use AI and automation tools to increase experimentation velocity and reporting efficiency.

Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or retention marketing.
  • Strong hands-on experience with push notifications and email campaigns.
  • Experience working with MoEngage is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of funnels, cohort analysis, retention metrics, and lifecycle automation.
  • Strong copy instincts combined with analytical rigor.
  • Comfortable working with Excel or Google Sheets. SQL is a plus.
  • Proven ability to improve engagement and retention metrics through structured experimentation.
  • High ownership mindset with the ability to execute in a fast-paced environment.
