We're hiring a HubSpot Specialist to take full ownership of the CRM platform and drive the alignment of Sales and Marketing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and administer HubSpot CRM (Marketing, Sales, Service, Operations Hubs).
- Manage sales funnel & deal pipeline end-to-end, delivering actionable insights.
- Design and execute marketing automation workflows and email campaigns.
- Build custom dashboards, reports, and attribution models.
- Develop and manage API integrations with internal systems and enrichment tools.
- Train and enable stakeholders on CRM best practices.
- Apply AI tools to accelerate enrichment, automation, and reporting.
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on HubSpot CRM experience.
- Proven expertise in email marketing (segmentation, personalization, A/B testing, analytics).
- 2+ years working with HubSpot APIs and custom integrations.
- Practical experience applying AI tools in CRM/marketing workflows.
- HubSpot certifications: Inbound Marketing, Marketing Software, plus one of Revenue Ops/CRM/API.
- Strong analytical, collaborative, and client-first mindset.
