We are looking for a CRM Specialist to own and scale customer lifecycle communication across multiple channels. This role will be responsible for driving user engagement, retention, and lifetime value through data-driven CRM strategies and marketing automation.
Key Responsibilities:
Own end-to-end CRM strategy across push, email, SMS, WhatsApp, in-app, and web channels.
Design and execute lifecycle campaigns (onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, win-back).
Build trigger-based and automated journeys using user behavior and attributes.
Plan, execute, and optimize segmented and personalized campaigns at scale.
Run A/B tests on messaging, creatives, timing, and frequency to improve performance.
Ensure optimal frequency capping to avoid user fatigue and churn.
Track and report CRM KPIs such as retention rate, churn, DAU/MAU, conversion rate, CTR, CLV, repeat usage.
Perform cohort analysis and funnel analysis to identify drop-offs and growth opportunities.
Work closely with Analytics teams to derive actionable insights from campaign data.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
27 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or retention marketing.
Hands-on experience with CRM / marketing automation tools (MoEngage, CleverTap, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.).
Strong understanding of customer segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle marketing frameworks.
Solid analytical skills; comfortable working with Excel, SQL, GA, or BI dashboards.
Experience managing high-volume, multi-channel campaigns.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
