This is a full-time on-site role for a CRM professional, based in Navi Mumbai. The responsibilities include managing customer relationships, addressing inquiries, and maintaining consistent communication with clients. The role involves utilizing CRM tools to track customer interactions, analyzing sales data, coordinating with the sales and project management teams, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.

• Strong Analytical Skills for tracking performance and generating actionable insights
• Excellent Communication skills to engage effectively with clients and internal teams
• Experience in Sales and Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
• Proficiency in Project Management to coordinate client requirements and ensure team alignment
• Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
