We are looking for a customer-focused CRM Sales Consultant to understand client business needs and recommend suitable CRM solutions. The role combines consultative selling, product demonstrations, and solution positioning to help clients improve sales, marketing, and customer relationship processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand client business processes and CRM requirements
- Present and demonstrate CRM solutions (e.g., Bitrix24, Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, ERP CRMs)
- Identify opportunities and propose customized CRM solutions
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, meetings, and referrals
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and solution documents
- Coordinate with implementation and technical teams
- Maintain sales pipeline and client data in CRM
- Close deals and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Provide post-sales handover and basic client guidance
