We're looking for someone who can own CRM revenue end-to-end.

  • WhatsApp automation
  • Cohort analysis
  • Segmentation logic
  • Prepaid optimization

What You'll Own:

  • Full WhatsApp CRM via GoKwik + KwikEngage
  • Automation flows (Abandoned Cart, Browse, COD to Prepaid, Post-purchase, Winback)
  • Segmentation & lifecycle marketing
  • Repeat customer growth strategy
  • Campaign calendar & revenue tracking
  • Reducing RTO via automation
  • Increasing prepaid %

What We Expect:

  • 2+ years in D2C CRM
  • Strong understanding of revenue contribution
  • Data-driven mindset
  • Knows how to build flows, not just send campaigns
  • Has scaled WhatsApp to 20%+ revenue contribution
