Job Description

Job Title: CRM Executive Post Sales (Real Estate)

Location: Indore

Department: Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

Reporting To: CRM Manager / Head Customer Experience

Job Summary

The CRM Executive Post Sales will be responsible for managing customer relationships after the closure of property sales. The role involves ensuring a seamless customer journey from booking to possession, addressing queries, coordinating with internal departments, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a single point of contact (SPOC) for customers post property booking

Handle customer queries related to agreements, payments, possession, and documentation

Ensure timely collection of post-sales documentation and payments

Coordinate with sales, legal, finance, and project teams for smooth processing

Maintain and update customer data in CRM systems

Manage agreement to sell, demand letters, receipts, and possession documentation

Track and follow up on outstanding payments and dues

Ensure proper handover/possession process with high customer satisfaction

Handle customer complaints and provide timely resolution

Conduct customer engagement activities and maintain long-term relationships

Prepare MIS reports and customer status updates

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Customer-centric approach

Good knowledge of real estate post-sales processes

Ability to handle escalations and resolve issues efficiently

Proficiency in CRM software and MS Excel

Strong coordination and follow-up skills

Attention to detail and documentation accuracy
